There are 7 students in the first grade class.  Three boys and four girls. We are working very hard on our reading skill and our addition and subtraction facts through 12.  We have a neat tree in our room that is full of leaves with the names of the books that we read in September, now we are going around the room with pumpkins and ghosts with the names of the books we have read.  Each month we change the shape and hopefully we'll make it around the room several times.
