OCTOBER 18, 2007

Students from AHS and CHS got together to share ideas and information about dune buggies, Sandrail mechanical and safety, components, their crazy teachers, and ICE CREAM.

The build team at Arlington High School helped the tech students from Columbia HS to identify key components of an open tube-frame off-road vehicle.

After a comprehensive (almost too comprehensive) scavenger hunt on the AHS 2007 build, each of the CHS tech students got to ride in the AHS Sandrail to see first hand how the components act under "laboratory" circumstances.
