CRITERIA 

The student must be planning to enroll in agriculture or business.  Judging will be done on scholarship, leadership, and citizenship.  The bank reserves the right to select any deserving candidate.  Ten (10)  $500 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors from high schools in Heppner, Ione, Arlington, Condon, Spray, Fossil, Boardman, Burns, John Day, Long Creek, Monument, Dayville, Prairie City, and Moro.
