SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT:    $200

WHO:         Any Arlington graduating Senior bound for college/trade school.

                   Recent AHS graduate (class of 2004-2008) currently enrolled or bound for college/trade school after Spring of 2007.

HOW:         Funds available for partial reimbursement of tuition, books, supplies, or lab fees.

                   Reimbursement will occur when HonkerVision is supplied with a paid bill after Sept. 5, 2008 through March 1, 2009.

                   Unclaimed funds after March 1, 2009, will be available to the runner-up/alternate recipient through June 3, 2009. 
                  
It is the responsibility of the runner up to request possible funds as of March 2, 2009.

1.       List all extracurricular activities and clubs you participated in throughout grades 9-12 (include the year or years).  A scholarship resume would also be acceptable.

 

2.       Attach one(1) letter of recommendation from an adult.
3.       In one to three pages each, double-spaced, #12 font, one-inch margin pages, thoroughly answer two(2) of the three(3) following problems.
    A.      Design a commercial or promotional campaign for a cable channel, televised news event, or a product or service.
    B.      What should be the limit for media coverage of crisis events in reference to the first amendment.
    C.      Discuss the importance of the Internet in today's society relative to conventional news media.
