The Annual UP THE RIVER INDOOR KITE FESTIVAL AND COMPETITION

9:00 AM  Gym Opens for practice and Check-in
11 AM  Demonstrations of Indoor Kite Flying and possible Mystery Ballet-fliers fly to music in an impromptu performance
NOON- Bag auction items available near the entrance.
1 PM  Indoor Kite Competition--EXP and MASTERS (AKA is OIIU)
     Competitors will be judged on their ability to fly indoor kites to music.  Open Individual Indoor Unlimited
3 PM  Free flying and lessons--just ask!
4:00 PM Mystery Ballet
     Competitors will be judged on their ability to fly indoor kites to music randomly chosen .

5:30 PM Dinner provided by COLUMBIA RIVER KITES
6:00 PM
  Awards Ceremony and Raffle
Bag Raffle:  buy raffle tickets, write your name on them, and put them in the bag in front of the item you wish to win.  ALL DAY

1 PM   Demonstrations of indoor Flying  AND
INDOOR HOT TRICK SHOOT-OUT  
Fliers will compete head to head in a single elimination tournament to see who can perform more tricks in 3, 30-second attempts.  This is a musical event

around 6 PM  Gym Closes

 Demonstrations and lessons of 
Single Line, Dual Line, 
and Multi-line Kites 
throughout the weekend.  See the schedule in the entry way for the scheduled events
