From City of Arlington: Water Service up-date as of 10:50 a.m. - Water Service is being restored to town, please be patient as it will take time for the water tanks to refill. Water might not return at full pressure initially. If you have dirty water, please run your cold water until the water clears. from Arlington Superintendent Johnson: Arlington SD Parents, it comes as no surprise that we are having temporary water issues in some parts of our city. Currently we have water at both the elementary and secondary schools. We will provide towels and soap and do our best to schedule private times for students to shower. From Mr. Johnson, ASD Superintendent: Staff, parents and students. The plan for tomorrow (JAN 16) is that school will run at our regular time. Mr. Davidson and myself ran the bus routes this afternoon and unless something major happens tonight we are on schedule for a regular school day. As parents you have the ultimate say if you want to keep your student home and we will respect this and excuse the absence. The school will monitor the weather this week and will do our best to inform you as soon as possible if anything changes. Thank you for your understanding regarding our winter weather issues. The Middle School Basketball game scheduled for Monday, January 15 at Dufur has been postponed due to inclement weather. Rescheduled date To Be Determined.
The High School Boys Basketball game vs Klickitat/Glenwood on January 13, tomorrow, has been postponed due to inclement weather. As soon as we have a new date scheduled for the game we will post the information.

Arlington SD now has the abilty to send text messages and voice calls using our Thrillshare platform. Likely today you received a message or 2 from Apptegy. The contact number used was the one on record at the ASD office as your contact number. Not all messages will be sent using text/voice option... this is another layer of contact ASD is using to get information to parents. ALL Apptegy text and voice calls are coming from ASD, not a third party.
Good Afternoon, The January 12 High School Basketball game in Trout Lake has been moved to tomorrow, Thursday, January 11th. We will not play any JV Girls game tomorrow and the Varsity Girls will start at 5:00 pm and the Varsity Boys will play at 6:30 pm. UPDATE 1-9-24 1:55 PM Horizon Christian's activity bus broke down this afternoon and they can't get their MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL teams to Ione for the game on Thursday. We are postponing the game and I will let everyone know when we reschedule

BB GAME POSTPONEMENT: The Middle School Basketball games scheduled at Dufur on Monday, January 8th, have been postponed due to lack of officials. We are currently in the process of rescheduling the contest to a later date.

HS Basketball GAME TIME CHANGES! TUESDAY, DEC 19, starting time for the JV Girls Basketball game vs Cove at Arlington High School will be moved back to 4:15 pm. The JV Girls will only be playing a half game because of limited numbers. Game Times will be as follows: JV Girls- 4:15 pm JV Boys- 5:00 pm V Girls- 20 Minutes following conclusion of the JV Boys V Boys- 20 Minutes After conclusion of V Girls.

Come join us tonight (DEC 13) for our PreSchool - Grade 12 (Including Grade 5) Winter Concert. Fun and music for all ages. Plan to arrive early to shop the Student Artisan Market and get some baked and made goods from the students. 6:30 pm for the Concert, market open at 5:00pm - Arlington High School Gym and Concessions
